The Lancers had a few bursts of strong play, but in the end the Raiders were more consistent.
The Raiders, who just returned from the Durango Volleyball Classic, also had the size and the power to pretty much keep control of the match throughout.
In case you haven't seen our varsity team this year, you should know one thing. The Raiders have SIZE. Yes, the Raiders have good size up front this year and should be able to match up well with any team in this important area.
Match this size up with a very quick and talented back row and you have a team that is an awful lot of fun to watch.
The match was over in two games, each by a score of 25-16. The total time for the match was a bit under one hour.
