Puns Win Over Raiders In Volleyball, 25-10, 25-20

Some times good teams have bad days. Unfortunately for the Raiders, their bad day came against the Puns.
The Puns raced to an 11-1 lead before the Raiders could catch their breath. Volleyball is a game of momentum and the momentum was pretty much all on the Punahou side this evening at the lower gym.
The final score of 25-10 in the first game really tells the story.
The second game was only a little better. The Puns went out to an 11-5 lead, then 16-9, then 20-13. The Raiders then had their best stretch of the night closing the score to 22-19. But the Puns got 2 in a row to make it 24-19, then 25-20 for the match.
The Puns played very well and the Raiders, well, just didn't have it this day. The Raiders will have to play better the next time. You heard it here first, they will.
